You can issue one event FIM Licensε.
Ιt is for free if you have National License and you need also Starting Permission from your National Federation.
If there is no National License or starting permission you can have a personal insurance for motorsports with repatriation policy, from your insurance company.
The riders MUST have their own health insurance for race accidents & repatriation insurance.
