- Entry fees refundable 50% until 1st of January (only for medical reasons).
- Entry fees refundable 30% until 1st of March (only for medical reasons).
- Entry fees are NO refundable after 1st of April.
Canceled entries can be transfered as payment in advance for next year, by paying only the administrative cost (400€).
Fees must be paid before the referral dates to secure the Entry and discounts.

ENTRY COSTS INCLUDES
- All paper work regarding the race and all administrative expense.
- Numbering for competitors vehicles.
- Digital Road Book for the race (Terrapirata).
- Digital Road Βook for Service.
- Racing costs which include timing etc.
- Medical support for the race and bivouac.
- Recovery – Transport to main asfalt road.
- Free Internet at hotel area.
- Access to Bivouac & facilities.
- Liability insurance for the race – 3rd party insurance.
NOT INCLUDED
- Accommodation – Camping costs for riders & Team members.
- Breakfast – Meals – Dinners.
- Fuel costs and technical assistance from the race organizers.
- Special recovery out of the track – route where would be need machinery or special operation, or in case of lost or next days recovery.
- Competitors Personal Insurance – Cost of new License – Repatriation Insurance.
- Paper roadbook cost, rolls or A5 booklets (+100€).
- Navigation (On line Tracking) System for monitoring competitors (150€ paid directly to MyTrack tracking Systems).
- Guarantee for the tracking system (100€ refundable in the end of the race).
- Repatriation insurance.
- Hotel facilities – gymnasium – spa – massage.
