Due to the change for SS2, Day 2 at Olympia Rally was converted to a liaison stage, the organization of Olympia Rally wanted to pay tribute to the participant Jan Simunek after his loss. During the yesterday’s briefing all riders payed their respect with one minute silence.
All participants took advantage of the liaison stage and used it to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, calibrate their bikes or just have a fun day out.
The stage took the participants from Lalas to Pinios, through stunning mountain tops, deep forests and amazing rivers and small paths.
Tomorrow the participants will head to Samiko passing through Kaifias beach and ending at the amazing Kakovatos, weather will be amazing for a swim in Greece’s longest beach.
